Appointment Policies

Appointments can be easily scheduled online through our booking app, over the phone, or through text message. We are by appointment only. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via email/text, which will provide the details of your service and appointment.

We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee, as outlined in our policy.

No Call No-Show Policies

At Roots and Curls Hair Studio, we strive to provide exceptional services to all our clients, and we appreciate your understanding to our No Call No Show Policy. We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and schedules sometimes can change unexpectedly. However, when a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, it affects our ability to serve others and disrupts our scheduling.

To maintain a smooth operation and ensure that all clients receive the care they deserve, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate others who may be waiting for a slot.

Consequences of No Call No Shows:

  1. First Instance: A friendly reminder about our policy will be sent to you.

  2. Second Instance: A fee of $75 will be charged.

  3. Third Instance: Future appointments may be subject to deposit fees or could be denied.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and if you have a valid reason for missing your appointment, please reach out to us. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to continuing to serve you with the best hair care possible.

Payment Policies

We accept various payment methods, including cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital wallets, ensuring you have options that suit your preferences. Please be aware clients paying with card is subject to a $3 fee.

For certain services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied to your final bill and are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with the required notice, deposits may be fully refunded.

Please note that our refund policy states that services rendered are non-refundable. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we encourage you to reach out to us within a 24 hour time frame since the appointment so we can address your concerns and find a solution.
